This website is operated by Furrly Pets ("Furrly Pets", "we", "us", "our"). By visiting our website or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Terms of Sale, Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Our store is hosted on Shopify.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. If you are younger, a parent or guardian must place the order for you.

3. Use of the website

You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes. You must not copy, resell or exploit any part of the site without our written permission; send viruses or harmful code; scrape, spam or interfere with the site or its security; submit false information; or use the site to harass or harm others. We may refuse service or terminate access if you break these terms.

4. Product information

We try to describe and show our products as accurately as possible, but colors may vary slightly depending on your screen, and sizes and details may differ slightly from images. We do not warrant that descriptions, prices or other content are always complete or error-free. We may correct errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and update information, at any time.

5. Pet safety and responsible use

Our products are designed for pets and must be used responsibly:

  • Measure your pet and choose the size using our size guide. A wrong size can be uncomfortable or unsafe.
  • Supervise your pet while using any product, especially the first few times, and remove it if your pet shows discomfort, tries to chew it or swallow parts.
  • Harnesses, leashes and backpacks are for walking and are not meant for tying up pets, towing or climbing. Do not overload the backpack.
  • Socks are for indoor use on smooth floors, are not waterproof and are not a medical product or treatment.
  • Small parts can be a choking hazard. Keep products away from children and unsupervised pets.
  • If your pet has a health condition, ask your veterinarian before using a new product.

6. Third-party tools and links

We may offer third-party tools or link to third-party websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, products or practices.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including the Furrly Pets name, logo, text and images, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by law. You may not use it without our permission.

8. Comments and feedback

If you send us comments, reviews, ideas or other submissions, you allow us to use them in any medium without compensation, and you confirm they do not violate anyone else's rights or contain unlawful or harmful material.

9. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and our products are provided "as is" and "as available", and we do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Furrly Pets will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, loss of profits or data, or injury or harm to a pet caused by misuse of a product or by not following the instructions and safety guidance in these terms. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product that gave rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under mandatory consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.

You agree to defend and hold harmless Furrly Pets from claims or expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these terms or your violation of any law or the rights of others.

11. Termination and severability

We may suspend or end your access to the site at any time if you violate these terms. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Colombia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory consumer rights you have under the laws of the place where you live.
